Karen and Charles Phillips Charitable Organization Contributes To Arkansas Foundation

The Arkansas Black Hall of Fame is a  501(C)(3) non-profit organization in Little Rock that, much like Phillips Charitable Organization, provides grants to constituents normally over looked by larger foundations.

The foundation provides a wide variety of community services in the African American in Arkansas community including youth development, health, and wellness, education, and business/economic development.

PCO discovered the work of the ABHOF last year during an induction ceremony for Charles Phillips.  This donation was in honor of E. Lynn Harris, an inductee into the Arkansas Black Hall of Fame in the year 2000 and cousin of board member Charles Phillips.

Karen and Charles Phillips Charitable Organization is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit foundation providing financial help for single parents, students interested in engineering, and wounded veterans. 100% of the foundation’s assets are disbursed directly to grantees. Our charter: urgent cases where a timely bootstrap grant can initiate meaningful change toward a planned recovery.
