Jenice Bailey was facing eviction from an apartment she had lived in for six years with her three children in Dundalk Maryland. Jenice worked hard to get a degree in psychology and worked overtime at a second job to make ends meet. When the second job cut back on overtime hours because of economic challenges, Jenice was impacted and fell behind in rent resulting in an eviction notice and her car insurance being suspended.
In the meantime, Jenice’s mother passed and the expenses and stress of the transition took it’s toll on the entire family.
PCO was able to react quickly enough with a grant to get a check to the property manager to stop the eviction.
Jenice is a hard worker who has since applied for another part time job. We wish her and her family well. Charles Phillips Infor CEO
